After completing the diet analysis plan, you can continue your journey with Christine and receive one-on-one guidance on how to renovate your diet. The plan includes a two-week, personalized behavior-change package designed to improve your nutrient intake.
Together with Christine, you will review your diet analysis results and create a personalized plan to change elements of your diet. Each plan is custom-made by Christine based on your needs and a realistic assessment of what you would like to change.
The plan includes
- four, 30-minute online meetings
- reminders to keep you on track
- a second diet analysis (including all of the nutrients provided in the Personalized Diet Analysis Plan)
- a written report detailing improvements achieved in your diet and recommendations for filling any gaps that might remain
